ORDINANCE NO. 700
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO. 536 PROVIDING FOR
TWO REGULAR MEETINGS A MONTH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 536 be amended to read
as follows:
Section 1. MEETINGS - Time and Place for Holding.
The Council shall hold its regular meetings for the
transaction of municipal business on the first and
second Mondays of each month at the hour of 7:30
o'clock P.M. or at such other hour as may be fixed
by resolution. Special meetings may be called by
the Mayor, or two Aldermen, at any other time, the
City Clerk on their requisition, giving reasonable
notice thereof in writing to all members of the
City Council present in the City. All meetings,
unless otherwise ordered for good cause, shall be
held in the council chambers at the City Hall.
Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
approval.

APPROVED BY THE MAYOR. THIS 3rd day of June, 1963.
