Ordinance 694 - Emergency - Sale of Liquor157 ORDINANCE NO. 694 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 771 OF ORDINANCE NO. 536, PROVIDING FOR SALE OF LIQUOR, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1. That Section 771 of Ordinance No. 536 be amended to read as follows: Section 771. Liquor not to be sold or given to whom. No licensee shall sell, deliver or give away, or cause or permit to be sold, delivered or given away any liquor to: 1. Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years. 2. Any intoxicated person or any person actually, apparently or obviously intoxicated. 3. A habitual drunkard. 4. An interdicted person as defined by the laws of the State of Montana. SECTION-2.. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval.
