Unfinished Business: We do not have the final figures for the fiscal year end but based on the financials, revenue is off by around $12,864. Discussion followed regarding figures for the upcoming fiscal year. If we purchase new meters and increase the rates it would help us get closer to a balanced budget. Mark will speak with Glacier Bank and First Interstate Bank to see if they can send a representative to our October meeting. We need to find out where they want us to be monitoring and discuss the current signage in the lots. Wade will contact Charlie Harball to see if he is available to attend the meeting. Janet inquired about snow removal for the upcoming snow season. Janet recommended using Double Diamond and All Bright again if they agree to the same rates as last year without an increase. The Board has been very happy with the services provided by both companies. 8.
