1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:34 a.m., By: Janet Clark, Chairperson
2. Approval of the Agenda
Moved by Mark, second by Ron. Approved by all Board Members.
3. Approval of April 15 Board Meeting;
Moved by John, second by Ron. Approved by all Board Members.
4. Hearing of the Public:
There were no guests.
5. Approval of Financial Statement of April 2010:
Moved by Ron, second by Mark. Approved by all Board Members.
6. Updates from KPC:
Street Update — Jack
General discussion in regards to parking in front of Flathead Fitness parking lot. Board
agreed to not pursue yellow curb.
KPC Office Update — See attached Office Managers Report
Unfinished Business:
Valley Bank Lot
Janet reported the city is beginning the repairs in the Valley Bank lot. Repairs will take
approximately
2 weeks depending on the weather.
Lot Contracts
Ron is continuing his conversations with Glacier Bank and Valley Bank.
New Meter Machine in Eagles Lot
Jane Howington (City Manager) discussed the City Council's concern regarding the
Parking in Lieu
Of Fund paying for the meter machine in the Eagles Lot. Jane suggested possible bond
for the meter machine with a 5-year repayment. Jane asked the board to attend the June
21 Council Meeting in regards to the Parking in Lieu Fund.
Lot Maintenance
Ron reported he has pruned and sprayed 5 of the 10 lots.
