1. Call to Order:

6. Updates from KPC:
KPC Office Update - Karen
See attached Office Managers Report
Discussion regarding the possibility of adding additional permits above the oversell
capacity as follows: Mountain Valley, not to exceed +10, Central School and Northeast,
additional 2 spaces.
The auditor was here and suggested that I print a daily report listing all tickets issued in
numerical order. Jack will sign the reports daily, verifying that all tickets written have
been entered.
Unfinished Business:
Parking Commission transition updates
Our new name will be City of Kalispell Parking. We will be moving on Wednesday,
December 28th. Roger Nasset (Chief of Police) will be meeting with Judge Ulbricht to
determine the amounts for the fines on our new tickets. Once they have decided on an
amount it will go before Council for approval. If we place a rush order, the tickets should
take approximately 2 weeks to receive.
7. New Business:
Starting in January our meeting packets will be distributed via e-mail. A complete set
will be kept in a binder in our office.

Tickets: 177 tickets written for a total of $1,790.00, 60% collected
*we did not have tickets Monday, December 191" through the end of the month
Parking Permits: Permits down $1,092.50 from last month, down $159.00 from last December
Collections: November CPI income paid in December $45.32
The Boot: The boot was used once in December for a total of $105.00. ($70.00 fines, $35.00
fee)
Occupancy Report: Westside capacity is at 102% and Eastside is at 107% for a combined total
of 104%
*Monthly Occupancy Report based on capacity, not oversell capacity.
Meters: down $391.75 from last month, up $311.58 from December 2010
