at 9:00 A.M. This meeting was called by the Flathead County Commissioners and this
Committee. In attendance were Commissioners Joan Deist, Mel Wollan, and Henry Olden-
burg; also Charles Phillips, County Road Foreman; Mayor McDowell, Councilmen Louis
Ruiz, Francis Boyle; Street Foreman Bill Clements; City Attorney Glen Neier, Fire
Chief Gene Doty and Assistant Fire Chief Duane Larson.

TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL

The extension of Sherry Lane into.North Haven Heights was discussed. No action
will be taken until North Haven has annexed to the City, waives S.I.D.'s and water.
mains, fire hydrants, streets, sidewalks, etc. are brought to City Specifications.
The Mayor will be sending_a letter to residents of the area (with codes to the
County Commissioners) stating the above reasons for non -approval of the request
at this time.

Highway #2 North to Three Mile Drive, at the corner of the Circle K Store. The
City of Kalispell will do the preparation by digging up the soft spots and re-

for this work.
The City will supply the oil for asphalt mix and the County will do the lay -down on
the Meridian Road surface.
