Surveyor Zavodny stated now is a good time to attempt to revise the system. The Rules and Regulations for Water and Sewer are not well enough defined, are outdated, and leave too much room for interpretation and confusion. The Committee requested the staff to list the issues and refer the list to Committee to include a copy of the existing rate ordinance. C.
