Traditionally, concessions have operated only at Lions/Haven Field and Griffin Park, This year the women's and girl's groups may build temporary concession stands if they wish, If the structures were to be permanent, the request must be brought before the City Council. Groups were reminded that clean-up around the concession stands is the responsibility of the baseball groups. Also, anyone desiring to operate a concession stand must fill out a proper form and send or attach a copy of the license they obtain from the Department of Health, It was stated by Pieter that no other concessions stands except what the leagues choose to provide will be allowed, George Haegele asked about moving the gate at Griffin Field. After discussion, everyone agreed that there was probably no need to do this. George also wondered if it were possible to oil Railroad Street near Griffin Park to help keep down the dust. Gayle Vidal agreed to explore the suggestion with the Street and Alley Committee. The meeting was formally adjourned at 8:15 P,M, ENC. Page 2
