1. Garbage charge adjustments.
The committee discussed two requests for refunds or adjustments. One
involved a claim prepared by Clerk Halver for a city resident whose house
burned down and the county tax records showed the property did not contain a
house after 1980. The committee approved the payment of this claim.

Works Committee, He received a letter from Pat Thomas, who claimed he had
been overcharged $24.00 a year since 1979 on a duplex he owns. Clerk Halver
reported the city records show he has been charged $120.00 a year and our
current policy calls for a charge of w96.00 per year.
The committee decided to have the Public Works Committee develop a policy and
Mr. Thomas' request would be hel¢ until the policy is set.

presented by Norwest Bank.
