BE IT RESOLV7D BY THT CITY COUNCIL OF THIP, CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
VaIRREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, has heretofore -passed an ordinance regulating the,
construction of sidewalku and curbs and providing for the pay-
ment thereof in installments and regulating the collection of
such installments as authorized and provision made therein for
the payment of the cast of the construction of sidewalks and
curbs under the terms of said Ordinance No. 288 by levying
assessments against the property in front of or adjacent to
which such sidewalks or curbs are constructed; the total
cost and expenses of building, and nonstructing, of *ideymA'xz
and curbs under the provisions of Ordinance No. i98 for the
year 1913 is the sun of t4,721,13;

The aforesaid sums are to be paid in five equal annual
installments or payments with interest on deferred payments at
the rate of six per cent per, annum, payable annually the said
payments to be made on or before the 30th day of November of each
and every year until the full amount as above set forth is paid,
the first of which payments shall he made in thn, year 1914; in
the event that any payments shall become delinquent, the entire
amount of the assessment remaining unpaid becomes due and pay-
able and the property subject to sale to secure. the amount due
upon said assessment as provided in Section 6 of said ordinance.
Passed and approved this 16-th day of January, 1914,

have been no changes or alterations made therein since the pass-
age and approval thereof by the City Council nor in the recording
thereof nor in the recording thereof.
