Section 1, That Section 435 of Article 1 of
Chapter 117 Of the ReViSed Or»illances of the City of Kalispell.,
Vlaritana, approved July P4, 1911, be revised to read as follows,

Section 2. �o person, company or corporation shal
dump, empty or throw manure, tin cans or other coarse rubbish
or dead animals into any covered or oiler water ditch, flume
or natural water course within the limits of the city, nor
place or maintain any obstruction of any kind whatsoever
within said covered or open water ditch, flume or nat1jr-n-1
water course, which said ob-,Q;tr�zction shall tend to obstruct
or prevent the natural. flow of water through the same or col-
lect any rubbish or debris,
