PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Ashley Heights - Turner agreed to our offer of
extension of needing to install the sound wall behind Ashley Heights. He has met with Parks and
stated that landscaping would go in by November I". He did not want to take the option of the
Developer Agreement. The entire wall will be put in by the middle of next summer. No further
extensions will be granted. A new Letter of Credit will need to be issued to replace the one expiring
on December 31st
OLD BUSINESS: Fred's Appliance — 3075 Hwy 93 S — They have addressed the initial comments
from the Building Dept. They will be fully sprinklering the building. Seismic calculations will be
submitted. Public Works submitted more comments to them yesterday on their new plans. Parks has
received a revised Landscape Plan from them. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — The zone change for property located at the south end of the
West View Subdivision from RA-1 & R-3 zoning to RA-2 (residential apartment/office) zoning is
scheduled for the October 8, 2013 Planning Board Meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS: 10 Meridian Court - preliminary submittal. This is for a 40' x 80' open
building. This is considered Auto Repair — Light Assembly Use at this point, and will be going to
Architectural Review. They are providing four parking stalls for now. This property abuts a
residential lot, so they will need to modify their landscaping on that side with some sort of screening.
Three Rivers Bank — 233 East Idaho — preliminary submittal. Improvement to their exterior by
adding a vestibule to the front of their building.
McKenzie River Pizza Grill Pub — 45 Treeline Road — near Cabela's - preliminary submittal. A
Landscape Plan has been submitted. This will be going to Architectural Review. Wargo mentioned
that we may be receiving a whole new site plan from Galloway, Spring Prairie's Engineer. The Final
Plat for Spring Prairie still needs to be completed before this project can begin construction.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:18 a.m.
