ANNEXATION COMMITTEE
. The Committee met in the Conference Room at City Hall. Present were Chairman
Manning, Councilmen Springer and Palmer and Mayor McDowell.
1. Resubdivision of Pack Addition.
At the City's-:.request,that added parcel was annexed to the city because it
created because it created an island that was not part of the city. Because
this was not done as interpreted, they had to go back through a resubdivision
application. The easement still exists and this is simply a matter of split-
ting that piece of property back off Arby's land.
The committee unanimously agreed to recommend to Council the adoption of the
resubdivision at the Council Meeting on May 7.
2.. Blue Chip KTB Addition.
There has been a delay in this simulated golf project, located near the Outlaw
Inn. Nothing has changed since the original. review. We are looking at land use,
zone classification for this piece of property.
The public hearing has been set for May 7th Council Meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 P. M.
