04-24-84 Annexation Committee7:00 P. M. April 24, 1984 ANNEXATION COMMITTEE .� The Committee met in the Conference Room at City Hall. Present were Chairman Manning, Councilmen Springer and Palmer and Mayor McDowell. 1. Resubdivision of Pack Addition. At the City's-:.request,that added parcel was annexed to the city because it created because it created an island that was not part of the city. Because this was not done as interpreted, they had to go back through a resubdivision application. The easement still exists and this is simply a matter of split- ting that piece of property back off Arby's land. The committee unanimously agreed to recommend to Council the adoption of the resubdivision at the Council Meeting on May 7. 2.. Blue Chip KTB Addition. There has been a delay in this simulated golf project, located near the Outlaw Inn. Nothing has changed since the original. review. We are looking at land use, zone classification for this piece of property. The public hearing has been set for May 7th Council Meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:20 P. M. ms • CITY OF KALISPELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kalispell Zoning Commission has recommended the following zoning classifications for areas within the Meridian Addi- tion (according to the plat thereof on file with the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder). Lots 4 through 16, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, 6, El/2 of Lot 7 and 13-14-15, Block 2 be zoned 1-1 (Light Industry); Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 1 and Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 2 be zoned B-3 (General Business); and Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and W1/2 of Lot 7, Block 2 be zoned R-5 (Residential). The City Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a public hearing starting at 7:30 P.M. on May 21, 1984, in the Council Chambers in Kali - spa]] City Hall to consider the recommendation of the Kalispell Zoning Commission. • At said hearing all persons resident in or owning property included in said territory herein above described or owning property adjacent thereto, and all residents of the City of Kalispell will be given an opportunity to be heard on the said question. The Zoning Commission's recommendation pertaining to this matter is on file in the City Clerk's Office and can be reviewed during regular office hours.
