SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the City Council Was held June 8, 1959, at 5:00 P. M.,
in accordance With the following notice given and acknowledged:
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
Gentlemen:
There Will be a special meeting of the City Council Monday, June 8th,
1959, at 5:00 P. M., for the following purposes:
AUTHORIZE HOWARD HAMMER, MAYOR, TO EXECUTE RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC
HEALTH DEPARTMENT
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do
hereby Waive notice of the date and purpose of the Special Meeting of the City
Council to be held Monday, June 8, 1959, at 5:00 P. M., and consent to the trans-
action of any and all. business to come before the Council as designated above.

President of the Council Richard Vick presided as Mayor. Councilmen Haddow,
Fisher, Harmon, Huggins, Metcalf, and Ryder Were present. Councilmen Horstman
was absent.
It was moved by Fisher that Resolution No. 2387, a resolution authorizing
Howard V. Hammer,, Mayor, to sign and execute '"Part B, Supplemental Project
Information" of the offer and acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment
Works; under 33 U. S. C. "6 et seq. Public Health Service of the United States.
Motion was seconded by Haddow. A roll call vote was then taken. All Councilmen
voted for passage of .the Resolution.
Motion to adjourn was made by Harmon, seconded by Huggins, and carried.
