A Special Meeting of the Kalispell City Council was held August 8th, 1960,
7:30 P. M., in accordance with the following notice given and acknowledged:

Gentlemen:
There will be'a special meeting of the City Council `Ionday, August 8th,
1960, at 7:30 P. M., for the following purposes:
FIX MILL LEVY 1960
ADOPT SALARY ORDINANCE
PUBLIC'HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FINAL INSPECTION W SEWER PLANT ,
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do
hereby waive notice -of the date and purpose of the special meeting of the City
Council to be held Monday, August 8, 1960, at 7:30 P. M., and consent to the
transaction of any and all business to come before the Council as designated
above.

Mayor Hammer and Councilmen. Fisher, Haddow, Harmon, Horstman, Homuth, and
Metcalf were present. _Huggins and Ryder absent.
Resolution No. 2427, fixing the Mill Levy for 1960 @ 41 mills was passed on
motion of Homuth, seconded by Fisher on roll call vote.
Ordinance No. 671, revising Salary Schedule for 1960 - 61 was reviewed. Moved
by Metcalf, seconded by Homuth for adoption. All Councilmen voted for adoption
on roll call vote.
Resolution No. 2/419, fixing the Budget for 1960 was adopted on motion of
Horstman, seconded by Metcalf on roll call vote with all Councilmen voting for.
A discussion on future -policy of boulevard maintenance was given and referred
to sidewalk and curb Committee for recommendations.
The Council thaiadjourned on motion of Homuth, seconded and rEir.ried.
