A Special Meeting of the Kalispell City Council was held August 3, 1960, 7:30
P. M., in accordance with the folloNaine notice given and acknowledged:

Gentlemen:
There will be a special meeting of- the City Council Wednesday, August 3rd,
1960, at 7:30 P. M., for the .followi.:ir purposes:
APPROVE MONTHLY CLAIMS
ADOPT FINAL BUDGET
ADOPT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTl-ONS
We, the undersigned, bein all of the members of the City Council, do hereby
waive notice of the date and purpose of the special. meeting of the. City Council to be
held Wednesday, August 3, 1960, at 7:30 P. M., ind consent to the transaction. of any
and all business to come before the Council. as designated above.

Finance Chairman Harmon reported that Tuly claims had been audited by Committee
:end moved payment be allowed. Seconccd by Ryder are carried. .
Resolution No. 2419 f1xing the final bud,,,et was presented and read. Moved by
Horstman, seconded by Metcalf, budget be adopted. Roll call vote - all Councilmen
voting for adoption.
