7:00 P. M. for the following purposes:
Great Northern Railway Company- Park Lease and street dedication
Resolution correcting exempted lots, Baker Addition
We, the undersigned being all of -the members of the City CouncIl,,do
hereby waive notice of the date and purpose of the Special Meeting of the
City Council to be held Monday April 29, 19639 at 7:00 P. M. and consent
to the transaction of the above and any other business that may properly
come before the Council.

Mayor Flynn presided,- -Councilmen Bjorneby, Homuth, Jerrow, Lenon, -
Roberts, Smyser, and Turner were present. Ellingson was absent.
Proposal by Great Northern. Railway to cancel lease on Depot Park and
dedicate Center Street was -considered by the Council-.
Roberts moved that the City agree to the cancellation of the lease of
Depot Park under the following stipulations:
-,-1.e Upon dedication of -all of Center- Street.. to the City.
2., Upon the dedication of -an additional 1-0-feet on the north side
of Center Street from Main Street to First Avenue East,.to the
City.
3. Upon reaching ait agreement with the Great Northern Railway;
that the City approve any purchase of Depot Park, and
4. That the easement of August 14; 1953 on Depot Park remain
in force..
Motion; seconded and carried
Moved by Bjorneby that the City reject request of City Schools to cut
down the size of street lights at schools. Seconded and carried.
Resolution No. 2490, correcting the description of lots excluded from.
annexation in Baker Addition was presented. Roberts moved adoption.
Seconded by Smyser and carried on roll call vote.
Moved by Roberts, seconded by Smyser that the Parking Meter Attendant
be authorized to sell penny and nickel collections to Ray Conant at a`2%
premium. Motion carried.
Roberts moved that a full curb -cut be granted to Mr. Hillstead on his
property on East Idaho Street as requested. Seconded by Lenon and carried.
Council then adjourned,
