Report of the City Sanitarian for March, City Engineer for March, Chief -of
Police for Marchi-Police Judge for March.' City Treasurer and City Clerk -for'
February and Fire Chief for First Quarter, Reports were approved on motion by
tenon, sere -fided by Turner.
Reports of Committees:
Bjorneby, Park Committee -'Estimated cost of gas conversion on swimming
pool boiler too high for change -over this year.
Turner, Sewer & Water - Written report filed denying application for 2 inch
water line to.Appleway.. Turner moved adoption of report. Seconded and carried.
Homuth, Finance Committee - Reported all claims audited and approved.
Moved acceptance of report. Seconded and carried.
Bids .on 2 new dumptrucks and traffic paint were 'referred to Street and
Alley Committee with power to act.
Mayor appointed Harold C. Collins, John A. Graham, and Tim Landry for 3
year terms to Board of Pdjustm-ent. Lenon-moved appointments to confirmed'.
Seconded -and carried.
Moved.by tenon that 5 dump trucks and a loader be furnished the Golf
Association, on rental basis,for hauling top soil. Seconded and carried.
Moved''by Ellingson that application of David Gendreau for 2 trai'lers on
his lot in industrial-zone`be alloweds subject'tdTapproval of City Sanitarian.

Ordinance No. 695, providing for right turn on red-light was passed on
roll call vote., Motion by Ellingson, seconded by Smyser with all Councilmen
voting for.
Ordinance No. 696,: regulating.veh1cles hauling garbage was presented, ^S ser
-moved'=passage of the Ordinance, seconded by Bj6rneby. All Councilmen voted for
passage.
Motion by tenon to call''for bids on crushed gravel and chips was seconded
by Turner and carried. °
Lenon moved call for bids be made for the years supply of road oil, with
waiver'of spot .test on oil. Seconded and carrier.
Roberts moved' that call.far bids be' -made for the work called for in Special

_Improvement -District No. 299. Seconded and carried.
Moved by Roberts, seconded by Homuth that call for bids be made fora new

The City Council canvassed the returns of the Election held April 1, 1963
for election of City Officials and on the question of issuing $60,000.00 of
General Obligation Bonds for a Snorket Fire Truck, with the following tabulation:

as shown by the canvas, and so announced, be declared official and that the
