Roberts moved acceptance of City Officials Reports. Seconded by 'jorreby
and carried.

Roche, Parks and Recreation Committee; Reported on it prow;crtc ,lat have bees;

Painting, replace-.-ient of plants damaged by the flood, and the erection of a sign
indicating that �.?ay camping is allowed.
Thompson. Ball Field - Reported that people in the area had complained regard-
ing, the building of rest room facilities but felt that there was no real basis for
this co -plaint and other reported complaints concerning the fief?. Roberts
moved acceptance of the report. Seconded by 6jorneby and carried.

presented the Locals request for a 154 per hour across the board �,,I-e increase
which would bring the wages closer to those of the State I?igh;�;.v Separt^ent and
Flathead Cotinty Employ-ees.
Requested that the Council go on record os making the ef`cct_i.%e date of the
wa`e -.,hen finally agreed on as July 1, 1965.
Ilonuth moved tt e effect-ive date of wage be July 1st when `i,.ally agreed upon.

:r. Bill Vincent, representing the Swim Team, desired to lcnosa if the Council
'.,id secured a Pool :tanager and at what time the pool TIght be opened. That since
Swim ^ieets were scheduled August 7th, `'th, and 14th, the team would not have as
as they would lil:e to prepare for the meet.

Kalispell take appropriate action to install a sewer syste-c in the northwest portion
of the City to serve North.r.idCe Heights, the Adams Addition and the proposed 7th,
8th and 9th Grade School which is to be build in this area, wa7, presented to the
Council.
Council members and. the City Engineer discussed the possibility of securing
a Pre -Planning loan. Roche moved the City Engineer investigate proper proceedure
for study and planning of sewer in iiorthridge and adjoininC area. Seconded by
Riley and carried.
Forest Alccr, of A}cer Grocer,% requested a two hour parkin^ zone in '-C.'e area
near his store.
Roche inquired of ::r. Aker if it would help to change the 12 - inute r;eters
by his store to one hour 11-11t. Mr. Aker agreed that it would.
Roberts moved ar,endrient of tl•.e 2 hour Ordinance to include t'ie South side
of 3rd Street West from 2nd Avenue West, :lest to Alley, an(; also to include 2nd
Avenue +est, between 3rc.' and 4t1h Streets, both sides of avenue. S(c,)nded by Roche.
