ft. single -story, kitchen -only building. The food will be delivered out to the various schools. Parker
received responses back on his comments and is presently going through those and will discuss some
of these with Tom Heinecke. Sorensen is waiting for responses on his comments. The boundary line
adjustment is still an issue. Public Works is still reviewing this project. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
Depratu — Glacier Volkswagen — 11,000 sq. ft. building, non-sprinklered. This project is still on
hold for now. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Fred's Appliance — 3075 Hwy 93 S; new retail store. The plans they have
submitted pertain to drainage and utilities. Public Works is reviewing these. Their property line goes
out to the middle of United Drive, which is a private road. Wargo thought this road would be
dedicated to the City. Jentz stated that their C of O won't be issued without the road being
dedicated. Their detention pond is off site, and they want to move this temporary pond as they keep
developing north. Wargo has more reviewing to do of this. She is looking through their Drainage
Report. They do have an easement in place. It was noted that Merganthaler is not in the City.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — There will be no meeting in September. They will be doing a
Work Session on the Growth Policy.
OTHER REPORTS: Jentz will be meeting with Karen Blumenstein up at Cabela's to discuss trail
improvements and retaining walls around the BPA towers. There is a discrepancy between MDT and
Cabela's as to who will complete the landscaping and when it will take place. Jentz will discuss their
options as it pertains to the City.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
