Attendees: Board members: Chad Graham, Jeff Zauner, Larry Sartain, Rick Wills, Jason
Mueller
Others Present: Susie Turner, Terri Loudermilk, Paul Burnham
Chad Graham called for approval of the minutes to the July meeting. Jeff made a motion to
approve, motion carried.
Chad Graham called for public comment, none noted.
Chad Graham called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM and roll call was taken.
Chad Graham called for public comments. There were none.
Chad Graham opened discussions for the first item on the agenda (Review 2012 Wastewater
Impact Fee Report).
Susie Turner started discussions and handed out revisions to the report.
Paul Burnham discussed changes in the report regarding growth policy, planning area, boundary
lines and capital improvement plan. Revisions were also made in projected flows.
Paul Burnham also discussed the two main components of the Impact Fee (expansion and
recoupment).
Chad called for any old business, none noted.
The agenda items for next meeting will include continuation of wastewater and responses to
public questions.
Jeff made a motion to adjourn at 5:30 seconded by Larry.
