Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve the August 27 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Old Business:
Fred's Appliance — 3075 Hwy 93 S; new retail store. Tabled at last meeting. Brought
back revisions. Showed Kennewick photos re: color, no bumpouts. Additional banding at
about 4 ft high. Showed color/material board. Full cut-off down -lighting on sides. Added
trees along north boundary (evergreen mix). East face is smooth. Railing staying as a
railing. Signage on west side. Russ moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 4-0.
New Business:
Flathead Liquor/Ace's Casino — 1121 Hwy 2 W; remodel existing retail store and add
new wall signs. Metal canopy/faceboard. Overhead door may stay white, but will
probably blend it in. Man doors will be painted to blend in. Recommend extending
canopy. Russ moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 4-0.
Other Discussion:
ARC award ceremony on Sept 16 council agenda — Mark will need to be there.
