THE PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION OF JAMES AND:GEORGIA, CHASE, 685
LEISURE DRIVE, KALISPELL, MONTANA, FOR A GAMING LICENSEFOR THE
PREMISES TO BE KNOWN AS THE LOADING DOCK, AT 1ST AVENUE' EAST AND
CENTER STREET, WAS HELD AT 400 P.M., SEPTEMBER 19, 1980, IN THE
CONFERENCE ROOM AT CITY HALL. MAYOR HAPP PRESIDED. THOSE IN
ATTENDANCE WERE COUNCILMEN DALEY, GRAINGER AND SAVERUD; POLICE
CHIEF STEFANIC, POLICE LT. HOSSACK AND JAMES AND GEORGIA CHASE.
Lt. Hossack reported that the investigation had been satisfactorily
completed. Building Inspector Shoemaker has stated there is ample
off-street parking.
It was stated that only Bingo will be played. There will be no
card games. There will be no alcoholic beverages served.
Mrs. Chase stated that her caller has had her dealerls license
renewed. It was determined that a dealer's license is needed by
a runner.
Police Chief Stefanie stated that no cash prizes'shall be given for
Bingo and this will be strictly enforced.
Councilman -Grainger moved that the Council accept the application.
Seconded by Councilman Daley. Motion carried:
