The Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Happ, at 1:00 P. M.
in the Trails End Room -of the Outlaw Inn on December 10, 1976. Members present were
Councilmen Allen, Schwartz, Williams, O'Boyle, Grainger and Granmo. Members absent were
Councilmen Sliter and Daley.
Mayor Happ reported that the Police Commission had met to consider the disability re—
tirement of Policeman Douglas Wilson and read the following letter:

Request for disability retirement
Upon examination of the information furnished us by the
Kalispell City Council we find the request of Sgt. Douglas
C. Wilson for disability retirement to be valid and hereby
direct the Kalispell City Council to comply with his
request.

Councilman Williams moved to accept the recommendation of the Police Commission.
Seconded by Councilman Allen. Motion carried.
The City Clerk was directed to give proper notification to the Statewide Police Reserve
Fund Commission of the Public Employees Retirement Sustem.
