OPEN BIDS - Sewer Project Utility Builders of Great Falls, Montana 381,203.40 License 230-A Pack & Company of Kalispell,Montana 304,882.86 License 2760-A APPROVE LIQUOR LICENSES 16 Liquor and Beer licenses paid 6 Bar Wine and Beer licenses paid 10 Off Premise licenses were paid Councilman Daley moved that council accept application; Seconded by Councilman Sliter. Carried. Buffalo Hill Townhouse addition; Annexation Committee to meet Friday at Councilman Schwartz's home at 11:00 A. M. Action will be taken at the next regular meeting, July 19th, 1976. Mayor Happ read July and August schedule for meetings. Street and Alley - Councilman Allen recommended Hockaday Art Center Parking; Paint curb and sign and change two corner meters to one hour parking and assign four parking spaces on 2nd Avenue East. Seconded by Councilman Schwartz. Carried. Report on Bids - Thomas Dean & Hoskins Inc recommended bid be awarded to Pack and Company of Kalispell, contingent on money being on hand. Councilman Granma-moved same;_' Seconded by Councilman Schwartz. Carried. Street & Alley Committee recommendation concerning Central Bible Church Parking. The Central Bible Church reports the following parking needs: 9:30-12:30, max;mnm 300 people for Sunday Worship; Sunday Evening maxim m 300 people; Wednesday evening 200 people and 120 are children. 18 parking places on the alley. The portion of building that jogs on the alley will be eliminated and parking will go all the way across to the alley. Councilman Allen moved to accept the recommendation, Councilman Daley seconded the motion. After further discussion the motion was withdrawn by Councilman Allen and Councilman Daley.
