There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council, Monday, November 11, 1974,
at noon at Hennessey'® Steak House for the following purpose:

Meeting called to order by Mayor Bjorneby. Councilman Knapp absent.
OPEN BIDS - S. I. D. #321
There were no written bids.
Mr. William Zweck and Mr. Gordon Jenkins, representing Conrad National Bank,
made an oral bid to buy $15,000.00 S.I.D. #321 Bonds at 7% rate of interest.
The bid was accompanied by a certified check in the amount of $750.00
Councilman Miron moved the bid be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Slater.
Carried. '
There was discussion on different methods of selling $145,000.00 Bonds to
finance S.I.D. #315 and #316. Councilman Miron asked that it be noted in the
minutes that Assistant City Attorney Kaufman has been discussing with an
Individual the posslbility that he may buy the bonds after January 1, 1975.
Another suggestion was made to advertise the sale of the bonds in various
papers east of the mountains.
Councilman Sliter moved adjournment. Seconded by Councilman Haarr.
