Councilmen Miron, Sliter and Knapp absent. Mayor Bjorneby reported that Paul Willis would take the position of Police Judge, but would want secretary help. He briefly outlined the duties of police judge. Mayor Bjorneby reported that he felt Mr. Willis would do a good job and would take it at $450.00 per month. City Attorney Donahue and Captain McDowell of the police department offered the assistance of their offices when necessary. Councilman Da mo ed that Paul Wil lected Police Judge.
