Ordinance 916 - City Zone Changes32 ORDINANCE NO. 916 AN ORDINANCE TO APPLY CITY OF KALISPELL ZONING ORDINANCE TO CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY WHICH WERE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS ON JANUARY 1, I 1978, AND ASSIGN ZONE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION THERETO; TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the areas hereinafter described were within the Kalispell City Limits on January 1, 1978, the date the City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance became effective; and WHEREAS, appropriate public hearings have been held by the Zoning Commission after due notice thereof was published, and the Zoning Commission has made recommendations to the City Council concerning the zoning districts most adaptable to said areas and the City Council has fully considered said recommendations as well as all other matters pertaining thereto brought to the attention of the Council, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zone district classifications of the City of Kal- ispell Zoning Ordinance which became effective January 1, 1978, shall apply to and are hereby established as follows: AS RESIDENTIAL R-4 Gilman Addition Lots A & B; North Slope Addition, Lots 1 through 3; O'Neil. AS RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT RA-2 That portion of Gateway [vest Addition No. 34 to the City of Kalispell described as Tracts A & B Certificate of Survey No. 3221 filed August 31, 1977. AS PUBLIC P-1 Land dedicated for park purposes in Park View Terrace Addition No. 1 (West of Lots 44 & 45); land dedicated for park purposes, known as "Northridge Park", in Northridge Addition and Sections 2 through 5; land dedicated for park purposes in Sunset Addition No. 4; land dedicated for park porposes in Adams Addition; land dedicated for park purposes in Porta Villa Addi- tion No. 1; land dedicated for nark purposes in Porta Villa Addition No. 2. SECTION II. The zone district classifications applied to the above described property in accord with "The Zoning Ordinance" as set forth in Appendix A of the Kalispell City Code as well as all other provisions of said ordinance are hereby deleted and removed therefrom. SECTION III. This ordinance is effective 30 days from and after its final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
