THE CITY OF KALISPELL BY' INCLUDING THEREIN, AS AN ANNEXATION,
C ERTAIN REALTY TO BE K1,T!0WN AS GREENDALE ADDITION NO. 87

WHE.P.EAS, by petition of Patricia A. Hansen, Trustee, free-
holders more than 51% of the certain real property situated
outs-ide "Aie boundary of the City of Kalispell, but contiguous
thereto, the City of Kalispell was, on March 8, 1978,
requeste"'t to adopt a Resolution of Intention to consider
annexation of said realty -to the City of Kalispell; said
realty being more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto which, by this reference, is made a part
hereof; and
WQ..`11:ZAS, the City Council in response to said petition
did, on 4114orch 20 , 1978, adopt Resolution 111o. 3162 to
consid,:-n: -(.-be annexation of said realty, to be known as Greendale
Additio,, Nlo. 87; and, pursuant thereto, the City Council did
set a nr,:`.A ' ic hear_ing to be held on said petition, and due
an.d pro;.,:(,,r notice of said public hearing was given by the
City Cit�;-k; and
W!JT,_<T-;,'AS, said public hearing was duly held by the City
Council -, ijrsuant to said notice at its regular meeti ng on May 1,
1978; an{, at such public hearing, the City Council, after
considoc.a-tion of the report made and filed as required by
Sect.ion 11-518, R.C.M., 1.947, as amended, and hearing all
evidence 'presented on said petition, did find that all
staT)dart3s for annexation, set out in Section 11-5191, R.C.M.,
1947, a�-; amended, were met and duly considered; and
1,aHlEl?.EAS, the City does intend to provide all services to said
rcalty beirig annexed as are set forth in the report made to and
filed the City Clerk as reQuired by Section 1.1-518, R.C.M.,
1947, J.:A::, amended; and
WE.P;"'EAS, the effective date of said annexation should be
the cat. that the City Clerk. does, pursuant to order of the
