ORDINANCE N0. 791
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3-20, KALISPELL CITY CODE,
PROHIBITING THE SALE OF BEER TO ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF NINETEEN
YEARS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF=
REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any licensed beer retailer or
club to sell or dispose of beer to any person under the age of
nineteen years, or to any person who shall appear to be in an
intoxicated or disorderly condition or to allow or permit any
intoxicated or disorderly person to come into or remain in or about
the premises of any retailer.
SECTION 2. All other sections of the Kalispell City Code in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AND
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, this 22 day of July, 1971.
