The Kelsey Subdivision was approved by The Flathead County Commissioners on
September 15, 2003 as a PUD containing 54 residential lots. Four of the proposed lots
are within the RSID Evergreen Sewer District.
We are by this letter requesting that the City of Kalispell authorize the Evergreen Sewer
and Water District to provide 'sewer service for the remaining fifty lots in our proposed
subdivision.
We would like to encourage the council and the city manager to place this matter on the
agenda as soon as possible. We are ready to proceed with the project.
