SUBJECT: Roadway Project Priorities
MEETING DATE: Work Session - 20 June 2005
The proposed budget includes funds for updating the Kalispell Area Transportation Plan.
This update will include an examination of the projects listed therein and, through a public
process, will make recommendations for new projects and/or changes in priorities that may have
resulted from growth -induced changes in the community.
In advance of the update, and in order to be prepared in the event that windfall funds for
transportation were to become available, staff would like to obtain guidance from City Council
regarding current transportation needs in view of recent growth.
