SUBJECT: Meadow Park Unit Number Two Request for Abatement of Special
Assessments

BACKGROUND: Property owners in Meadow Park Subdivision Unit number two came to
ti y
Council work session requesiing special assessment abatements on the slough being shown as
common area. Council wanted to know what the amount of the annual special assessment
amount is per lot owner.
The total annual special assessment on the slough is $2,507.13. This amount is distributed
equally per lot. There are 23 lots in Meadow Park Unit two. Each lot has an annual special
assessment of S109 in addition to those on their individual property.
