SUBJECT: Water, Sewer and Storm Drainage Impact Fees
MEETING DATE: Work Session August 28,2006
The Kalispell Impact Fee Advisory Committee met In their fourth session August 23,
Zoo . The City" s consultant, Randy Goff of H A S, outlined his f r. ." s recommendations for
impact fees for water, sewer, and storm drainage.
Following extensive discussions about the methodology and approach taken by the
consultant, and detailed questions to clarify specific items of interest and concern among the
committee members, the committee arrived at consensus to forward the eonsultant" s
recommendations for impact fees in the eategonies of water, sewer, and storm drainage to City
Council for final consideration and action.
The consultant will attend the City Council work session. Copies of the consultant's
recommendations will be provided and reviewed at the meeting in preparation for subsequent
Council action anticipated for the regular meeting of September 5, 2006.
