MEETING DATE: September 17, 2007
The current Kalispell Facility Plan is being updated to reflect rapid growth and changed facility
requirements necessary to ensure City utility services are reliable and of high quality. The City' s
consultant team of HDR Engineers and Morrison IVMaierle has developed recommendations for
critical water, sewage collection, wastewater treatment and storm drainage facilities needed to
su .�t operations into the future. The format of the 2007 update has changed slightly to include
separate volumes for each major system. The team will provide a report on the water and
Stormwater systems and will provide copies of the draft reports. The approach to this briefing
will be similar to that taken with the August 13th update for wastewater facilities.
