HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Total Serenity — on North Main has completed
their paving and striping. Sorensen will be going out there later today to check the work and then
release their bond.
Ashley Heights — Jentz recalls that if they had any construction built by August 15'h near the
bypass, they were to have the sound wall built by October I". We have a Performance Bond on
this. Jentz and LeClair will follow up.
OLD BUSINESS: School District 5 Central Kitchen — 205 Northwest Lane. This is a 5,400 sq.
ft. single -story, kitchen -only building. The food will be delivered out to the various schools. Wargo
informed Heinecke that the sidewalks will be required, but that the Parks Department is applying for a
"Safe Routes to School" (SRTS) Grant that would cover the cost of the sidewalks. They are
working with Mike Baker and waiting on the results of that application. This will be on the agenda
for next week.
Depratu — Glacier Volkswagen — 11,000 sq. ft. building, non-sprinklered. They had created two
lots, and this went through the zoning PUD process in March. Public Works has finished their
review, have sent them all of their comments, and are waiting for revisions back from them. This has
been approved through Architecture Review. Parker will be reviewing the building plans the first part
of next week. Sorensen has a few minor zoning questions for them. We will go through the PUD
Ordinance condition by condition next week and make sure each condition is satisfied.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — Bright View Subdivision (Glacier Eye Clinic) — submitting for
the August meeting. Planning needs comments from Public Works before the 6 h on this. This will be
going to the Planning Board on August 13''. Jentz asked if the road between the two lots is private.
Pediatric Dental Office — There will be a request for a zone change on North Meridian from R4 to
B 1 for a pediatric dental office. The agency referrals have been sent out. This will be going to the
Planning Board on August 13''.
