Authorization to Bid Sunny View Lane and Heritage Way Project
MEETING DATE: March 19, 2001
BACKGROUND: Because the Sunny View and Heritage Way project was not anticipated in the current
budget, I would like the City Council to officially authorize Peccia and Associates to advertize this project
for bids. All of the costs associated with this work is being rolled into the overall cost of SID 343.
RECOMMENDATION: The City Council approve a motion authorizing Peccia and Associates to
advertize for bids the construction associated with SID 343.
FISCAL EFFECTS: The cost of the engineering, biding and bonding have already been included
in the total estimated cost of SID343
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Council.
