SUBJECT: City Manager's Annual Evaluation Report
MEETING DATE: July 2, 2001
BACKGROUND: A committee is selected each year to conduct a performance evaluation for
the City Manager. This year the committee consisted of Chairman Don Counsell, Dale Haarr and
Duane Larson. Following a review of all evaluations submitted by Council members, a final report
was developed summarizing all comments.
RECOMMENDATION: Based on the outcome of the evaluation comments, it's the
committee's recommendation that the City Council approve a 3% wage increase for Chris Kukulski
retroactive to May 3, 2001.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by Council.
