BACKGROUND: Effective August 31, 2001 Paul Hahn has elected to retire from the
Kalispell Police Department. Paul has served the city and the department for over 24
years and is leaving to pursue other personal interests and to spend more time with his
family. See attached letter.
RECOMMENDATIONS: The City Council should recognize Lt. Hahn for his years
of service to the city.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None.
ALTERNATIVES: As recommended by Council.
