Promotion: We would like to recognized the promotion of Roger Phillips to Captain and
Craig Fischer to Lieutenant- They work hard to improve their skills as Paramedics and
Firefighters. Their dedication to the profession has shown up many times over years.
Their dedication to the City of Kalispell is an asset.
Recommendation: The City Council recognized the promotion of Roger Phillips and
Craig Fischer.
