PUBLIC HEARING — CDBG GRANT APPLICATION Council will hear comments from the public concerning an application to the Montana Department of Commerce for CDBG program monies to assist ten first time home buyers. F. REPORTS/RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION l . Resolution 4835 — CDBG Grant Application This resolution is the final step necessary authorizing submittal of a first time home owner grant application. 2. Resolution 4836 -- Annexation Re uest — River Glen Subdivision River Glen Subdivision, LLC is requesting annexation of approximately 3.4 acres located on the east side of South Woodland Drive immediately south of Quincy Loop. 3. Ordinance 1481 — Initial Zoning — River Glen Subdivision River Glen Subdivision, s requesting LLC i q sting an initial zoning designation of R-3, Urban Single Family Residential upon annexation of the above mentioned property. The area is currently zoned County R-2, Single Family Residential. 4. Resolution 4837 — Preliminary Plat — River Glen Subdivision River Glen Subdivision is also requesting preliminary plat approval of River Glen Subdivision, a 13-lot single-family residential subdivision. Resolution 483 8 — Annexation Request — Nolan Holdings, LLC Nolan Holdings, LLC is requesting annexation of approximately 4 acres located on the southwest corner of the intersection of US Highway 93 and Four Mile Drive. The property presently contains a nursery called the Greenery. 6. Ordinance 1482 — Initial Zoning — Nolan. Holdings, LLC Nolan Holdings, LLC is requesting an initial zoning designation of R-4, Two Family Residential, upon annexation of the above mentioned property. The property is currently zoned County SAG-10, Suburban Agricultural. 7. Conditional Use Permit — Charles E. Keller Charles Keller is requesting a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a four unit residential cluster on property zoned R-3, Single Family Residential, located on the southeast corner of Grandview Drive and US Highway 93. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes. b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the Council or Staff. C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer. d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
