REFERENCE: Advisory Board Opening
Police Commission
Mayor Kennedy.
1sLloL CITY CLERK
I am writing to request consideration for appointment to the Police Commission
Advisory Board for the City of Kalispell. I very much enjoy living in Kalispell with my
family. I have a desire to see its Police Department continue to grow with the same
professionalism that I have seen them display to date. The issues facing public agencies
these days are numerous and complex. My education and employment background might
well assist the Commission in deciding critical issues relative to the growth, policy and
future of the city police force. I have included a copy of my resume for your review and
consideration. As you will see, I know city government, police service, policy
development, community program development and budget evaluation. I have a heart
for this community and more specifically, its police force. If I could service my
community in this manner, I would be honored.
Thank you for you time and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Richard A. Sine
