Resolution 744 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 31—RESOLUTION NO, 744.
A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting Dist -
riot Number thirty one of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and
levying and assessing all the property within the said district with the
-ost of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TITI CITY COUNCIL OF TIMi CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Thirty one
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $52.18.
'Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light
ing the streets therein byapPortioning to the several lots and parcels of
land within the said district as follows. (Reference is hereby made to the
original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property mentioned in the above'distriot.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six otclock P.
M. on the 30ih day of November 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to Create Lighting District Number Thirty one for further particualrs.
Introduced September 1st and set for hearing October Gth 1919 at 7-30
o'clock P.Y.
