PJ41SOLUTION NO. 726,
A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting special Lighting District
number Four of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1919, and levying and
assessing all the property within said district with the cost of lighting
said district.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF KALISP"ELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Four of the
City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be 243.33.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessdd upon all the property
in said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting
the streets, therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land
within the said district as follows, to -wit;
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on file and of
record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the
lots and blocks in said district as well as the owners thereof.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P.J2. on the 30th day of November 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of intention:
to create Lighting District No. four for further particulars.
Introduced September 1st and set for hearing October 6th, 1919, at
7:30 o'clock P. V.
