Resolution 728 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 6M RESOLUTION ITO. 728. A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District Number Six of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1919, and levying and ass- essing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting said district. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF KALISPELL: section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District 'Number six of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $243.65. Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district, (Reference is hereby made to the original Resolut- ion on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the above mentioned district as well as the owners thereof.) Section 3. The tax hereby levied. becomes delinquent at six o'clock 11. V. on the 30th day of November, 1919. Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention to ,create Lighting District Number Six., for further particulars.
