This amendment to the parking ordinance would allow the police department to
-remove vehicles with expired re tration for more than 30 days from City .streets.
Ordinance 1551 passed on first reading September 6.
3. Award Bid — Ambulance
Only one hid was received for an ambulance ce for the fire department. Staff is
recommending mendin Council award the contract to Professional Sales and Service from
Salt Lake City in the amount of $10 , 6. 6.

Readigg
School District #5 .has requested two amendments to the Spring Prairie Planned Unit
Development agreement relating to building height and the number of parking spaces
in conjunction with the proposed Glacier High School. ordinance 1549 passed oin
first reading September 6.
. Ordinance 1552 — Salary Ordinance Amendment — 2 d Readipg
This amendment adds several new City positions as approved by Council earlier and
.modifies the salary ranges. Ordinance 1552 passed on first reading September 6.
3, Resolution 5062 — Resolution of Intent — ImDact Fee Committee
Senate Bill 185 requires Council to appoint a committee to make recommendations
on the creation and implementation of impact fees. Resolution 5062 declares
Council" s intent to create the committee.
. Final Plat - Cottonwood Park Subdivision
This is a request for firnal plat approval of Cottonwood Park Subdivision that plats 39
lots on approximately tern acres located at the northwest comer of Stillwater Road and
Three Mile Drive,
. Sidewalks — Ashley Park Subdivision
Council is being asked to make a determination concerning; required corrections of
substandard sidewalks s n Ashley Park Subdivision., Phase 7.

a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that erso 's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member ber of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to eater into an.y discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
