1.. Resolution 5052 — Resolution Finding that Blight Exists — BNSF TIF District
(Tabled September --
Resolution 5052 determines that blight exists within the area north of the railroad
tracks to Meridian and from Main Street to Seventh Avenue West. Resolution o 2
was tabled at the September 6 meeting.
2. Resolution 5063 — Resolution of Intent and Call for Public Hearing..— Old School
Station Special Improvement District 344
Resolution 50begins the process to establish a special. improvement district to
benefit specific property located 1.9 miles south of Four Corners, east of Rocky Cliff
Road. A public bearing is scheduled for November 7.
�. Resolution 50— Annexation — Autumn Creed. Subdivision
Lee and Linda Hers . er ;er are requesting annexation of approximately acres
located north of Highway 2 West, on the east side of Hathaway Lane.

sign. relations. A work session was held September 19 and this ordinance reflects
changes made at that meeting.
11. Resolution 50— Stop Signs
. traffic study performed at the request of residents has determined that stop signs
are warranted on 8th Avenue West at 5th Street West.

a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that erson's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
.record, and unless further time 1s granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council r Staff.
C. No person., other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding officer,
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
