Side of S nnysi .e Drive MEETINGDATE: November 21, 2005 BACKGROUND: This is the second reading of an ordinance on a request by Northwest Investments LP for an initial zoning designation of R- , Two Family Residential, on approximately 0.23 of an acre. The property is located on the north sine of Sunnyside Drive just west of the Ashley creed. Bridge. This is essentially a. housekeeping item in that the property is an abandoned portion. of S nnysi e Drive that the county deeded to the adjoining property owner. it will be incorporated into an existing parcel. The Kalispell City Council approved the first reading of the ordinance at heir regular meeting of November 7, 2005. RECOMMENDATION: A motion to approve the second reading of the ordinance for initial zoning woold be in order. FISCAL EFFECTS: Positive impacts once fully developed. FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA. (PREVIOUSLY ZONED COS R- , SUBURBAN RESIDENT) To CITY I - (TWO FAMITLY RESIDENTIAL), N ACCORDANCE WITH THE KALISPELL GROWTH POLICY 2020, AND To PROVIDE N EFFECTIVE DATE.
