Five bids were received for the construction ton of a street maintenairice building. Staff is
recommending the project be awarded to Davidson Construction for the low bid of

The City and the Montana Department of Transportation are e n
the process of
updating the Kalispell Area Transportation Plan. This agreement states the City
agrees to pay for half of the project which is anticipated to cost approximately
150M00.

The Mortara Department of Transportation has requested additional changes to the
.project to allow greater bid flexibility. Supplement #10 covers the eons ltant's
additional costs, none of whicb are paid by Kalispell,

This is a. request by Montana Venture Partners for a zoning designation of 1-1, Light
Industrial, on approximately 55 acres located at the northeast corner of Demersville
Road and Rocky Cliff Drive known as old School Station. Ordinance 1556 passed on
:first reading November 7.

Northwestern Investments is requesting a zoning designation o -, Two Family
Residential, for approximately a third of an acre located on the north side of
Su. nyside Drive, west of the Ashley Creek Bridge. Ordinance 1560 passed on first
reading November 7.

Ordinance 1558 establishes a Technology Tax Increment District within old School
Station. ordinance 1558 passed on first reading November 7,
3. Resolution 5080 — Resolution Adoptipg Development Plan — old School Station
Per State lave, the City must formally adopt a comprehensive development plan for a
technology tax increment district ensuring that the district can host a diversified
tenant base.

Flathead valley Community College is requesting a zoning designation of P- 1,
Public, for approximately 63 acres located on the north side of Grandview give are
east of Highway 93. ordinance 1561 passed on first reading November 7.

ppointments — Recreation Center Advisor Committee Tabled at the
November 7 Meetn
The City received 13 letters of interest for seats on the newly established Recreation
Center Advisory Committee. Seven of the applicants meet the requirement that
Committee members must be City residents.

Connie Lel'stiko recently resigned her position on the Evergreen Water and Sever
Board. . C.M. Clark has requested appointment to her seat.
