RESIDENTIAL), IN .ACCORDANCE WITH THE KALISPELL GROWTH POLICY 2020, AND o
PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, S, Northwest Investments, LP, the owners of the propel described above, petitioned the City o
Kalispell that the zoning classification attached to the above described tract of land be zoned
. - , Two -Family Residential, on approximately. acres of land, and
WHEREAS, the property is located on the north side of S nnyside Drive near the intersection. off'Denver
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Northwest Investments' petition was the subject of a report compiled by the Kalispell
Planning I e artrnent, Staff Report KA-05-I5, dated October 3, 2005, in which the Kalispell
Planning Department evaluated the petition and reconunended that the property as described
above be zoned Rom, Two -Family Residential, as requested by the petition, and
WHEREAS, after considering all the evidence submitted on the proposal to zone the property as described
R- ,Two -Family Residential, the City Council finds such initial zoning to he consistent with
the Kalispell Growth Policy 2020 and adopts, based upon the criterion set fob in Section 6 -

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEDY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 27.02.010, of the official Zoning Map of the Kalispell Zoning
Ordinance, (ordinance No. I o) is hereby amended by designating the
property described above as R- ,Two -Family Residential, on approximately
.3 acres of land.
SECTION I1. The balance of Section 27.02.010, official Zoning Map, City of Kalispell
Zoning ordinance not amended hereby y hall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 111. This ordinance shall be effective thirty 3 days frorn and after the date o
its final passage and approval by the Mayor.
